FIVE Stars without a doubt. Absolutely superb customer service. Always had my best interests at heart. Proactive, thoughtful, no-nonsense (very important attribute based on my demanding schedule), excellent communications with me, and totaly responsive to my questions and schedule. Kim made home buying easy on me. I live in Hawaii and was able to visit VA just once. Everything else was done via the phone and e-mail. She had my complete trust and confidence in all aspects of buying a house. Bottom line: I would recommend Kim to anyone buying a house. v/r,
