My wife and I had been renting in the Alexandria area for a little over 7 years and we wanted to take the next step to home ownership. We reached out to Kim Kneff with Avery Hess. We wanted to be educated on the whole home buying process since we were first time buyers. Kim reviewed everything with us step by step which helped us tremendously. We concluded feeling very positive and energized to start the journey on purchasing our first home. Right away, Kim went to work and created an account for us with homes that met our specific criteria. All we had to do was check off the homes we liked and delete the ones we disliked. Very simple. Kim would review our "like" list to narrow down the possibilities even more. She was very thorough which helped filter out all the other homes that we would not have been happy with, saving us a lot of time in the process. Once we selected a home the process was seamless with Kim and her team working to keep us informed and on schedule. Her many contacts, from the inspector to a mortgage lender only enhanced the smooth transition of closing out the deal. We would recommend Kim Neff and her team to anyone interested in starting a home buying relationship.

The N-Team set up an Open House right away, and our home was successfully sold. They were always available to us for our questions. We were out of town sellers, and always had confidence in their assistance and suggestions. This was our second house they sold for us, and we were very satisfied with the timing and results for each.

Kim Neff, of AveryHess Realty, provided us with exceptional service in buying a new home in a 55+ community and then selling our old home. Since we chose the stressful way to move, as in buying first and then putting our home up for sale, we needed an agent like Kim who was calm, experienced, knowledgeable and best of all attentive. Kim had worked with both of our sons during the last ten years in buying their first homes and one of them in selling the first home and buying another. She referred us all to various craftsmen to get our old homes looking and running smoothly to help in the selling process. She is a very friendly and outgoing person who was able to work well with all the other agents involved in the process.
