We had such a wonderful experience working with Kim for the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new townhouse, both in Centreville, VA. We are getting married and in August, and with all of the things going on in our lives it was always comforting to know that we would be taken care of by Kim. Whenever we called her she would either take the time to speak with us right then to talk to us, or if she was with another client, she would be sure to get back to us quickly always with an answer. Kim's knowledge of the area and the market was incredibly extensive and educational. In a market as tough to work in as this one, with sometimes 15 buyers for 1 house, it was reassuring to know that our agent was working as hard as she could, and taking as much time as needed, to get us into "our house," and she did! We would recommend Kim and THE-N-TEAM to everyone and we surely will come back when it is time for us to move into our next home. Thank you for everything Kim and Ruth.

Not only was she always ready to help and answer questions, no matter what time it was, she also spent time really getting to know us and what we were interested in so she could provide us with the best possible options. She clearly just wanted us to find the house that fit us the best, and always gave us her honest opinion, which was really important. Kim has been my realtor every time I've bought or sold a home (three times total). I trust her completely and will call her again if I ever need to sell. I was looking to buy in Front Royal, Linden, or Bealeton. She was very familiar with all of those areas and was in contact with other realtors in order to answer all my questions about the homes we were looking at. She also helped me decide what renovations to make to my townhouse before she put it on the market. After it was listed we were under contract within a week. The whole process was very smooth. As a first time Home Seller, Kim definitely made my experience a smooth one. Before our house was even listed she made sure that my roommate and I knew everything that needed to be done to get it in tip top shape so that we could get the most out of our house. Throughout the whole process, she always kept us informed and was available for contact at any hour. After our home inspection came back, our house needed a few fix-ups. When we got the documents back, Kim had already got in touch with her contractor friends to come and give us estimates which was a huge help. We purchased this house from Kim, and she sold it for us 6 years later, I will definitely come back and use her again for my next home purchase
